At Purity Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange window for all unworn garments.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Purity Products tags attached to ensure the garment remains in resalable condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
